At Lavish Leigh Creations, each piece is handcrafted and carefully inspected before delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by email and include clear photos of the damage.

Claims submitted after the 24-hour period may not be eligible for review.

If damage is determined to have occurred prior to or during delivery, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
