Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation outlining your purchase details.
Lavish Leigh Creations reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
Delivery fees are calculated separately based on your location unless otherwise stated.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to begin production or secure your order.
Deposits are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
Custom Orders
Custom furniture is made specifically for each customer.
Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Please review all measurements, colours, finishes, and customization details carefully before approving your order.
Handcrafted Products
Each piece is handcrafted, making every item unique.
Minor variations in colour, wood grain, mirror placement, or finish are a natural part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.
Delivery
Lavish Leigh Creations currently offers delivery throughout Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and surrounding areas.
Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to weather, traffic, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are required to inspect their furniture at the time of delivery before accepting the item.
Once the inspection has been completed, the customer must sign the delivery confirmation acknowledging that the item has been received in satisfactory condition.
If any damage is identified during the inspection, it must be noted on the delivery confirmation before signing and brought to the attention of the delivery team immediately.
Once the delivery confirmation has been signed without noting any damage, the item will be considered accepted in good condition, and Lavish Leigh Creations will not be responsible for damages reported after delivery.
If a hidden defect that could not reasonably have been identified during delivery is discovered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the concern.

Product Care
Customers are responsible for properly caring for their furniture after delivery.
Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidents, neglect, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
